This summer Prudentia had a privilege to perform a valuation of Markit 100% shares. Markit is one of the world’s leading real time marketplace, where clients buy products directly from distributors. In 2020 Markit generated 123m EUR and 2.6m EUR revenue and EBITDA, respectively, and their services were offered across 35 countries in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Well-considered corporate foundation and clearly defined business direction have translated in an exceptional growth. Since its start of operations in 2003 Markit has been growing on average by 29% in terms of compounded annual growth rate. Services provided by Markit are used by Forbes Global 2000 and Fortune 500 list companies such as ABB, Coca-Cola, Ericsson, Roche, TIKTOK, Johnson & Johnson and many more. As we got acquainted with the company's future strategy, as well as taking into account global IT procurement trends, we see a significant global growth story potential for Markit.
