Aleksei Vorobjov
Aleksei Vorobjov holds a Senior Analyst position at Prudentia. He joined Investment Agency (Prudentia’s predecessor) in 2008, initially as a trainee and a year later as a financial analyst. Over the course of his work, he has gained extensive experience in retail, commercial real estate and metalworking industries. He has been involved in several successful M&A projects. Including, among others, sale of clothing retailer N-Kaubandus and sale of the majority shares of the metal and mechanical engineering company AS Remeksi Keskus.
At Prudentia Aleksei’s main responsibilities include in-depth market research, analysis of company’s financial and qualitative data, preparing pitch materials, recognition of potential targets or buyers and company valuation. He is also active in the negotiation processes, especially with Russian clients. He currently takes part in projects among various industries, including food, retail, commercial real estate, manufacturing, etc.
