Before joining Prudentia, Antti Valtanen accumulated nearly 40 years of experience in the banking industry, primarily within Nordea Bank (including its predecessor banks) in Finland and Estonia. Throughout his career at Nordea, he held a range of key roles, developing extensive expertise across multiple functions of the bank.

He began his professional journey in the early 1980s as a Finance Consultant at a financial services company, before transitioning to the banking sector in 1990. In Finland, he served in various positions, including Branch Manager, Segment Manager, Head of Branch Region, and Deputy Head of Daily Banking Finland.

During the final five years of his career, he was based in Estonia, where he served as Head of Operations and Head of Lending Services. As an adviser, Antti supports the cross-border M&A transactions between Finland and Estonia.
