Indrek Uudeküll is a partner at Prudentia. He was one of the founding partners of Investment Agency (Prudentia’s predecessor). Indrek has over 20 years of experience in M&A, mostly in transaction closings and company restructurings. Indrek has experience across several industries, including real estate, metalworking, mining and agriculture.
