Juris Eizentāls is one of the most experienced investment bankers. Juris joined the company in 1999 and since 2002 is a Partner of Prudentia. Before he assisted in establishing Prudentia he was the Head of the Corporate Finance Department in Trust Commercial Bank.

Juris has vast experience in corporate restructuring projects and M&A transactions. He was the lead manager: in the sale of the controlling equity stake of Lauma - the leading Eastern European lingerie company; in the acquisition of Putnu Fabrika Ķekava - the largest poultry breeding and processing company in Latvia; in the merger of Linda and Lindeks - a leading forestry and wood processing holding in Latvia; and also in the restructuring of Mūsa Motors – one the oldest and largest automotive distributor in Latvia.

Juris has led several significant transactions and provided consulting services to the manufacturing industry, provided advice to one of the largest European birch plywood producers AS Latvijas finieris, organized the sale of the household chemicals company Spodrība, and organized the sale of KS Termināls to the global timber industry company Kronospan Group.
