
Mikael Haitin
Mikael Haitin is an Analyst at Prudentia, where he supports transaction execution through qualitative and quantitative market research, financial modelling, and valuation analysis. Mikael contributes to client materials preparation and supports investor targeting processes across various industries.
He initially joined Prudentia in 2024 as an intern. Prior to that, Mikael worked as a consultant in the Global Compliance & Reporting department at Ernst & Young Eesti, where he was responsible for corporate taxation, financial reporting, and compliance for SMEs. Additionally, Mikael participated in the 2025 CFA Research Challenge as part of a team preparing a full investment research report on a listed company, with valuation, risk analysis, and ESG being his main areas of responsibility.
Mikael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics (cum laude) from Tallinn University of Technology and is continuing his studies in actuarial and financial mathematics at the University of Tartu.
