Prudentia was advising SIA "Rivaro Holding" on the acquisition of 49.99% of shares in AS "Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta" from AS "Rīgas satiksme". The transaction amount was 3.82 million EUR.

Today, on October 15, the twentieth edition of Latvia’s TOP101 Most Valuable Companies, created by Nasdaq Riga and Prudentia, was published.
