Prudentia consulted the founders of Latvian cosmetics manufacturer "Stenders" in a deal with CICC Ehealthcare Investment Fund

After almost year-long negotiations, Latvian cosmetics manufacturer Stenders, in cooperation with its long term franchise partner in China, has closed a deal with CICC Ehealthcare Investment Fund - one of the largest investment fund in China - for sale of 100% shares. As a result of the transaction the founders of the company Jānis Bērziņš, Zane Stavra and co-owners Ieva Eglīte, Ameen Ali Y Yamany as well as the investment fund BaltCap Latvia Venture Capital Fund sold their shares to the abovementioned Chinese fund, which is the sole owner of Stenders since September 29, 2017. Prudentia acted as an exclusive financial adviser to the founders of Stenders.
